PRICING AND PAYMENT
All our pricing is clearly displayed on each product page and are exclusive of delivery. Please note that some areas incur an additional delivery fee when outside of our standard delivery zones. The delivery fee is determined by the suburb that your flowers are being delivered to. The fee will be displayed once the street address, suburb and postcode is entered upon checkout. Please note the price may change without prior notice but any new price will be clearly displayed before any purchase.
- All our pricing is delayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
- We accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
DELIVERY AND RE-DELIVERY
We delivery Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All residential orders will be delivered between 7am – 6:00pm and all commercial (business, school and hospital addresses) orders will be delivered between 9am – 5:30pm on the date selected. If an order is placed after the cut of time specified, the order will be delivered on the next business day. Please do not request a specific delivery time – despite being pretty zippy, we cannot predict our schedule in advance.
For residential addresses, we will happily leave your order in a safe shaded location if the recipient isn’t home. For business addresses we will happily leave your order with reception or at the front desk, unfortunately if there is no safe location to leave your order or sufficient information for access, it will be taken back to In Bloom HQ. We can redeliver your order for an additional fee of $25, Either the sender or the recipient will be required to pay the additional fee before redelivery will occur.
In Bloom Flower Co. has the right to refuse any orders placed for delivery outside of our delivery zones and/or if a customer has entered the wrong suburb and/or postcode for the street address to avoid our additional delivery fees or if they have entered the suburb and/or postcode in the street address section. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we take no liability or responsibility for any inconveniences that may occur due to this matter.

You can pre-order our blooms, crystal planters, Botanicals in advance to make sure you don’t miss out by selecting a delivery date from the calendar upon checkout.

Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays or over the Christmas period.
Please note: we will be delivering flowers on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day that fall on a weekend.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT
We pride ourselves on supplying only the very best blooms in town but can’t always guarantee what seasonal flowers will be available until the morning of. We will display our creations on either our social media feeds or on the website each morning.
- A valid phone number and email address
We take no responsibility if we are unable to contact a customer, where the contact details are invalid, incorrect or not supplied.
- Correct delivery details including street number, street address, suburb and postcode
Incorrect address supplied may result in incorrectly delivered orders, undelivered orders and can incur a re-delivery fee.
- Sufficient delivery details for gated estates or complexes including intercom code and/or pin
If the residence is secure, please confirm that the recipient is home so we can gain easy access for delivery. If unable to enter complex, In Bloom Flower Co. reserve the right to charge a $25 re-delivery fee. Either the sender or the recipient will be required to pay the additional fee before redelivery will occur.
- Please ensure that the recipient details are correct, such as their name and address
We take no responsibility for incorrect information provided by the customer.
Note card message:
- We will only write what is entered in the ‘note card message section’ upon checkout, so please remember to write your name if you would like the recipient to know who the sender was.
AMENDMENTS TO ORDER
For same day deliveries, if an order hasn’t been prepared and/or is still in the shop awaiting pick-up by our couriers we are more than happy to amend the order if reasonable. Please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com for all amendments.
If, however the order is prepared and/or in transit. The customer is held liable for suppling incorrect information including misspelling of street address, suburb, names and note cards. The customer must ensure all details are entered correctly before placing an order.
Customers who request alterations to their pre-orders made in advance must give 24 hours notice before day of delivery. We will only accept change of delivery details and your sweet ‘note card’ message.
In Bloom Flower co. reserves the right to decline alterations and amendments.
In Bloom Flower Co reserves the right to retain 70% of your payment if the request to cancel comes after 5am on the day of delivery. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 48 hours.
Customers who request a cancelation received minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date have the option of a refund which will incur a $10 administration fee or to select another delivery date from our calendar.
Once an order is placed we don’t offer refunds simply for ‘change of mind’ purchases. We do offer a store credit for items of the same value or the amount paid by the customer in these circumstances. A store credit will be issued for 3 months from the date of cancelation. If the credit does not get used within 3 months it is void.

RETURN POLICY AND COMPLAINT
We strive to supply only the freshest blooms, succulent planters & botanicals. If you aren’t happy with the product received, please contact us immediately, detailing the specifics of your concerns including photo’s. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we will always aim to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
In Bloom Flower Co. reserve the right to request photos of the original product before resolving a request, this will also help us to address and improve our services in future.

In case of these unforeseen circumstances, we will try our absolute best within reason to deliver your blooms, candles and Botanicals. However, in the events that we can’t we will be in contact to arrange either another day for delivery or a reasonable refund depending on circumstances.
